Township 40, Plan 2797, New Westminster District from the Registered
Owner thereof at or for the price of $6,557.00 be and the same is

hereby authorized;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor, City Clerk, and City Treasurer

‘be authorized to execute the necessary cheques and other documents

therefor and affix the City’s Corporate Seal thereto as required.
