(iii) act as a delegate of Council in serving a person with notice that the City will act in default in the event of a failure to provide or maintain replacement trees where required to so do; and (iv) act as a delegate of Council in exercising the powers and performing the duties of Council to direct an assessment or inspection of specified trees or sites. (b) The owner or occupier of property that is subject to a decision by the Director of Parks and Recreation under subsection (1) above is entitled to have Council reconsider the matter by notifying the City Clerk and the Director of Parks and Recreation in writing that it requires that the matter be reconsidered by Council, in which case the City Clerk shall place such request on the agenda of the next reasonably convenient Council Meeting and the owner or occupier, as the case may be, shall be given one weeks’ notice of the reconsideration by Council and given the opportunity to make representations in writing or in person, by themselves or through an agent at such time.” Schedule "B"of the Bylaw is amended by deleting the execution block to be completed by the City.
