The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam proposes to sell by public tender Lots 1 - 36,

Block 3, Section 6, Plan 1850, New Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, BC, being

approximately 1.335 ha (3.3 acres) located on the west side of the 2400 Block Ottawa Street; and
will consider proposals for its rezoning to RM-3 (Townhouse Apartment) zoning designation.
