Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Talbot: At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with Inlet Realty Ltd. dated the 2lst of October, 1988, BE IT RESOLVED that the works and services described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be installed by the said Inlet Realty Ltd. in connection with the development of the lands described as: Lot C, Block 55, District Lot 232, Group One, Plan 5854, New Westminster District are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall constitute “excess or extended services" as defined by Section 990 of the Municipal Act.
