That City Council direct the Clerks Office to prepare a bylaw

rezoning Lots 178 and 179 of DLL. 4, Twp. 39, NWO, Plan 41277,
from RS-1 to C-2. . .

This application is develop a commercial building to house the
applicant's bicycle business. The b ilding is designed as a
single purpose structure with aa high cell ing height along the
