THE CORPORATIGN OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM MAR ? 1987

BYLAW NO. 2248

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembied, enacts as follows:

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is
more particularly described as:

Lot "A",

District Lot 466

Group One

Pian 73819

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS~1 (Single Family Residential) to RS-1A (Single Family
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,

1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to refiect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2248".

Read a tirst time by the Municipal Counci| this 2nd day of March, 1987.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 2nd day of March, 1987.

Public Hearing held this 30th day of March, 1987.
