choice of any of the other options would Include the need for
increasing our DCC's to compensate. Thus any owner who
develops his property with option (E) [Is faced with an
additional installation cost of about $4,000.00 but wil! save
on the payment of DOOC's by a far greater amount.

The wisdom of having an extra Works Inspector has been
proven during this contract and we expect that he will continue
to provide value for the remainder of this contract.

“The cost of the total contract, If option (E) Is sefected,”.
falls below the amount budgeted In the 1986 Capital Budget.
