ZONING BYLAW

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council
Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue,
Port Coquitiam, 8.C. on February 7th, i983 at 7:30 p.m. tao
consider the following proposed bylaw to amend the "City of
Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651"%

Bylew No. 1936: to remove the Zone Designation of A~1
assigned to Lot 11, Southeast 1/4, Section 6, Township 40,
Plan 4318, New Westminster District and assign the Zone
Designation of:

a) RT-1 to Lot 1 of a proposed subdivision of the aforesaid
Lot 11 prepared by Helge Jacobsen and Associates,
British Columbia Land Surveyors, which said proposed
subdivision shows the proposed Lot 1] as having an area
of 750 square metres; and, :

RS-1 to Lot 2 of a proposed subdivision of the aforesaid
Lot ll prepared by Helge Jacobsen and Associates,
British Columbia Land Surveyors, which said proposed
subdivision shows the proposed Lot 1 as having an area
of 562 square metres;.and,

RS-1 to Lot 3 of a proposed subdivision of the aforesaid
Lot 11 prepared by Helge Jacobsen and Associates,
British Columbia Land Surveyors, which said proposed
subdivision shows the proposed Lot 1 as having an area
of 562 square metres.

This property is located at 780 Prairie Avenue and is
being rezoned to permit the subdivision thereof into three.
separate parcels; one of which will be used as the site cf a
duplex dwelling and the other two as sites for single family
dwellings.

. A copy of the preposed bylaw and other relevant.
documents.may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk,
“Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between
the hours of 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on regular business
days, from the date of this Notice until the Public Hearing.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected
by the proposed bylaw shall be afforded an opportunity toa be
heard at the Public Hearing on matters contained in the:

bylaw.
