A By-law to amend the "Water Development Cost Charge By-law, APR 14 1980

1979, No. 1657",
The Municipal CouncLl of The Corporation of the Clty of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1, Schedule "A" of the "Water Development Cost Charge By-law, 1979,
No. 1657" is hereby deleted and the Schedule "At attached to
and forming part of this By-law is substituted therefor.
2. Schedule "BY" of the By-law is hereby deleted and the Schedule

"B" attached to and forming part of this By-law is substituted

therefor,

3. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Water Development

Cost Charge By-law, 1979, No. 1657, Amendment By-law, 1980, No. 1748",
