Mabbett Alderman M.A. Thompson V.G. Borch, P. Eng. ITEM I Re: Shaughnessy Street Parking - Lougheed to Prairie . Since the completion of the Shaughnessy — Lougheed Intersection, the newly established traffic patterns have been observed. As a result the Committee recommends that No Parking on Shaughnessy Street from the Lougheed Highway to Prairie Avenue ke established as follows: ; a) No Parking Monday to Saturday west side of Shaughnessy ~ Manning Avenue to Prairie Avenue and east side Shaughnessy ~ Fraser Avenue to Prairie Avenue. b) No Parking west side Shaughnessy - Lougheed Highway to Manning Averue and east side Shaughnessy - Lougheed Highway to Fraser Avenue. ITEM II Re: Lougheed Highway Median . During the past several weeks verbal and written representations have been received from property owners and businessmen on the Lougheed Highway objecting to the raised median which has been constructed on the Lougheed Highway. 2 The businessmen at the Raleigh intersection had a meeting with the Mayor, the Project Engineer and the City Engineer. A copy of their representations to the Ministry of Highways and Fublic Works dated August 8th, 1977 is attached . hereto. The businessmen between Cambridge and Flint have written to the Mayor and Council. The letters dated July 28th, 1977 and August 3rd, 1977 are attached hereto. Jacses
