serve as a buffer in connection therewith be approved;
AND THAT His Worship the May..r and City Clerk be authorized to execute

the necessary agreement, plan, or other documents therefor and affix the Corporate

Seal thereto."
Passage of the resolutions quoted above will conclude the Council

procedures necessary to give effect to Land Use Contract No. 15.
