We asked for Mr. Borch's comment on this matter and he has recommended that

the City accept the 257% share providing that the District of Coquitlam accepts

a 25% share and in a conversation on Wednesday, March 24th, 1976 with Mr.

Ray LeClair, and although the matter has not yet been considered by his Council,
he thinks that this is a fair way to resolve the situation.

If Council so desire, a resolution would be in order accepting the 25% share
subject to the concurrence of the District of Coquitlam.
