(f) Section 10 of the By-law is repealed and the following substituted:

"10. All landscaping, surface treatments, fences and screens shall
be constructed, located, provided and maintained in compliance with and according
to the provisions of Section 9 of this Land Use Contract."

(g) Clause (a) of Section 13 is.amended by striking out “Appendix 8" and
substituting "Appendix 3",

Ch) Clause (b} cf Section 13 is amended by striking out "Appendix 6" where
it twice appears and substituting “Appendix 4" in each case.

(1) Section 14 is amended by striking out "Appendix 8" where it twice appears
and substituting "Appendix 3" in each case.

(j) Section 21 is amended by Striking out "the Schedules" and substituting
“this Land Use Contract".

“(k) Appendix 7 is renumbered as Appendix 2 and Appendix 8 is renumbered as
Appendix 3,"
