The Health Committee met on Wednesday, Vebruary 1é6ch, 1992 in the Counct] Chambers of the City Zell, Tha

@rug problem as it exists in the Lover Mainland area and in particular discussed possible areas that the Health
Counittee and the Council might become involvad in the prevention and treatment aspects of the problen.
