The special object of the meeting will be to hear a report from the Greater Vancouver Regional District Planning Department on three concepts for recreational developrent of the Houndary Bay waterfront from Tsawvassen to Blaine. A copy of the Greater Vancouver Regional District proposal is enclosed. Ww This special meeting is most important to all park and recreation people in the Lover Mainland and a good attendance is urged.
