NOTICE OF MEETING OCT 16 1972

The next meeting of the Lower Mainland Parks Advisory Association
will b= held at the Newlands Golf Course, 21025 - 43th Avenua,
Langley, on Thursday, October 26, 1972, as guests of the City of
Langley and the Younship of Langley.

The special object of the meeting will be to hear a report from
the Greater Vancouver Regional District Planning Department on
three concepts for recreational developrent of the Houndary Bay
waterfront from Tsawvassen to Blaine. A copy of the Greater
Vancouver Regional District proposal is enclosed. Ww

This special meeting is most important to all park and recreation
people in the Lover Mainland and a good attendance is urged.

Would you please make sure everyone concerned in your City or
Municipality is advised of the meeting and advise the Recording
Secretary, Joanne Protecky, at 631-1141 by Monday, Ostorar 23rd,
as to the number of people attending in order to finalice catering
