By-law No. 1168: to rezone the Northerly 118.5’ of Lot U, Blocks 19 to 23, D.O, 255, Plan 4260, Except Purt Subdivided by Plan 13438, from RS-2 (One-Family Suburban Residential) to F-2 (Special Institutional). : This property is located at 1932 Cameron Avenue and the rezoning proposed would bring the already existing Church into conformity with the City’s present Zoning s/-law. 2. By-law No. 1169: to rezone Tots 28 & 29, and 31 to 34, Block J, D.L. 255, Plan 2106, trom RS-2 !One-Family Suburban Residertial) to RS-1 (One-Family Hesidential). This property is located at 1741 and 1749 Mergen Avenue and it is expected that three residential buiiding lots will be created following completion of the rezoning procedures and the required consolidation of the existing 33° lots to create 66’ lots. 3. By-law No. 1170: to rezone Lots 45 & 46, Block J, District Lot 255. Plan 2106, from RS-2 (One-Family Suburban Residential) io RS-1 (One-Family Residential). This properiy is located at 1789 and 1795 Morgan Avenue and it is expected that one residential building lot will be created {ollowing completion of the rezoning pro- cedures and the required consolidation of tic existing 33' lots to create a 66° lot. 4. By-law No. 1171: to rezone Lots 17 & 18, Block L, D.L. 479, Plan 28805, from RS-i (One-Family Residential) to RM-1 (Low-Density Apartment Residential). This property is located at 2580 Sefton Street and the proposed rezoning will bring the property into conformity and permit the ccnstruction of one additional! dwell- ing unit. . &. By-law No. 1172: to rezone Lot 78, D.L. $80, Plan 30436, from CS-1 (Service Com- mercial) to 2S-1(One-Family Residential). This property is located at 3329 Jervis Street and the rezoning prepused will bring Une property into contormity with the existing use thereon. . 6. By-law No. 1173: to: (a) Amend Subsection (3) of Section 502 of the ‘City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918” by repealing Clause (b) thereof and substituting the fol- lowing in its place: . . “(b) in the RS-1 ZONE shail not be permitted closer than 600’ from any olner TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL USE along both sides of any street. (b) Amend Subsection (3) of Section 502 of the “‘City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By- law, 1969, No. 918” by adding the following as Clause (c): “(c) shall not be permitted where any other TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL USE is existing within the same cul-desac.” . (c) Amend Subseciion (6) of Section 502 of the “City of Port Cuquitlam Zoning By- law, 1969, No. 918" by adding the follewing as Clause (e): “(e) in the RS-1 ZONE shall require one parking space per dwelling unit lo- cated to the rear of the required front yerd and so as to permit unob- structed access to and egress frorn each space at all times. ; These amendments are intended to restrict Two-Family Use in Residential Zones. 7. By-law No. 1274; lo amend Sub-clause (i) of Clause (b) Sub-Section (6) ef Section 592 of the ''C:ty of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918°" by striking out the figure 6,000" where it appears therein and substituting therefor the figurc “8.000”. This amendment is intended to increase the present ailuwable gross vehicle weight of commercial vehicles parked or stored ina residential area.
