“Item Iv

The Traffic Committee recommends the "No Parking" be instituted on the east side
‘of Flint for a distances of 32 feet southwest of the southeast corner of the
intersection of Flint and Manning. This proposed "No Parking" zone will coincide
with the northerly stairway of the Flint Manning Building and will improve the
vision of west bound motorists stopping at Flint. '
