FEES

Qur fixed fee: for this assignment will be $24,400. This fee includes
all our staff time required for survey, design, and tendering work and
includes disbursements such as travel expense, document reproduction,
and advertising. costs.

fhis fee quotation does not include provision of any engineering
services during the construction period. Should you wish us to provide
inspection or contract administration services, we will be pleased to
submit a fee proposal for this work when the contractor’s construction
period is known, following receipt of tenders.

We trust we have provided the information you require for consideration of
our proposal. We very much lock forward to working with you on this
important assignment and are ready to start work immediately on receipt of
your authorization.
