City Engineer - ec nea That His Worship the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to execute the attached lease agreement over Lots 1 & 2, BL ’A’, DL 255, GRP 1, N.W.D., PL. 2106 and Lot 23, DL 255, GRP i, N.W.D., Plan 2538 in favor of the Greater Vancouver Sewerage and Drainage District for purposes of constructing, operating and maintaining the McLean Sanitary Sewer Purp Station. The GVS&DD built the McLean Avenue Sewage Pump Station over two City owned lots and has not obtained a lease agreement for the existing pump station. The GVS&DD proposes to expand the pump station in order to provide for odour control equipment and is requesting that the City lease the properties shown on the attached Plan ‘A’. The attached Plan ’B’ shows the existing McLean Avenue Pump Station with the proposed building expansion. The Public Works Committee has reviewed the proposed lease with the City Solicitor and recommends that Council approve the attached lease agreement between the City of Port Coquitlam and the GVS&DD.
