From the City Engineer, March 12th, 1992 regarding Barricades along City
Property S.W. Corner of Kingsway & Mary Hill Road.

Moved by Alderman Keryluk:
Seconded by Alderman Talbot:

That the City place no-post concrete barriers along the north and east
perimeter of lots 7 & 8, Plan 2263, at Kingsway and Mary Hill Road at an
estimated cost of $800.

That $800 be allocated from the Special Public Works Capital Reserve Fund
for this purpose.

From the City Engineer, March 12th, 1992 regarding Coast Meridian Barge
Loading Ramp.

Seconded by Alderman Talbot:

That. Council approve the expenditure of $2,000 for the placement of
rip~rap protection along the north and south slope of the Coast Meridian Barge

Ramp.

And That $1,162.72 be allocated from the Future Capital Reserve for this
purpose.

From the Recreation Manager, March 11th, 1992 regarding Award of Contract
- Reroofing "New" Arena.

Seconded by Alderman Wright:

That the tender submitted by Continental Roofing in the amount of
$106,859.83 (including GST) for the application of a 4 ply Type IV glass ply
sheet asphalt and gravel over insulation be accepted for this contract.

And That $106,859.83 be allocated from the Parks and Recreation Capital
Monies carried forward from 1991..
