RESOLUTIONS That ag recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his memorandum of September 5th, 1989 the Voluntary Development Variance Permit previously issued be amended to relax the Zoning Bylaw requirements of Section 308 (5) and (7), front and rear yard setbacks from 6 metres to 5.7 metres. BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS: Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of September 11th, 1989 the owners and residents of property surrounding the subject property have been advised that Council are considering issuance of this Voluntary Development Variance Permit at its meeting of September 25th, 1989. Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be considered by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the Development. Variance Permit should be issued.
