Development Variance Permit No. 12/88
for 1386 Lincoln Avenue.

RESOLUTION:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of February 8th, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
approved exempting Lot 120, S.W. Quarter Section 7 and NW Quarter, Section 6,
Twp 40, NWLD Plan 75281 from the requirements of Development Services Bylaw
2242, Section 13{b).

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS ;

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of
February 15th, 1988 the owners and residents of property surrounding the
subject property have been advised that ‘ouncil are considering issuance of
this Voluntary Development Variance Permit at its meeting of February 22nd,
1988. Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be
considered by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the
Development Variance Permit should be issued.
