THIRD READING OF BYLAW 2248

That Bylaw No. 2248 be amended by striking out the expression "City of
Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" wherever i+ appears and
substituting the expression "Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240";

That the said Bylaw be further amended by striking out the expression
"RS-1 (Single Family Residential)" wherever it appears and substituting
the expression "RS~1 (Large Lot Residential)";

That the said Bylaw be further amended by striking outhe the expression
"RS-1A (Single Family Residential)" wherever it appears and substituting
the expression "RS=2 (Small Lot Residential)"

AND THAT the said Bylaw No. 2248, as amended, be read a third time."
