The International Order of Job's Daughters is one
of today's outstanding character building
organizations for young girls, whose members are
joined together in local units called Bethels, and

The purpose of the Order is to band together girls,
ages 11 to 20, for character building, deveioping
self confidence, and learning leadership’ qualities.
10JD teaches the time tested principles of respect
for parents and home, loyalty to Flag and Country,
and reverence for God. The BASICS OF LIFE are "as

true today as when they were written", and

Active participation in Bethel programs provides
the finest residual education girls can get to
assist them in making daily decisions, and

Job's Daughters, through their charitable donations
and as volunteers have served for. years the
citizens of their communities and will continue to
do so in the future, and

The OOJD is celebrating their fifty-fifth year in
British Columbia and the Grand Guardian Counci! cf
British Columbia has designated September 13th,
1986 as their official birthday.
