(£) by submitting written reports on the Contractor's
activities to the Officer in Charge and City Administrator
on @ regular basis as provided for in Paragraph 9 herein.

4. (a) The Contractor shall be entitled aa payment for sarvicea
rendexed the amount of THIRTY “SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS
($37,000.00) per annum during the first yaar of this
Agreament, and thereafter this sum shall be increased by
five pexcent in each ansulng year; and
(b) the amounts payable under thie Paragraph ehall be paid in
twalve (12) aqual monthly installments on the first day
of each calendar month following the month in which services
were provided.
