Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651", CT 27 1986

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, In open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows: i

That certain parce! of land situated in Port Coquitiam, British Columbia which Is
more particularily deseribed as:

New Westminster District

EXCEPT the North 75ft thereof;

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Single Family Residential) to RM-4 (Multiple Family
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" Is hereby amended to refiect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1986, No. 2193".

Read a first time by the Municipal Counel! this z5th day of August, 1986.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 25th day of August, 1986.

Public Hearing held this 22nd day of Septesber, 1986.
