By-law No. 1723: to remove the Zone Designation of RS-1 now assigned to Lot 1 of District Lot 380, Croup One, Plan 6234, except that portion lying Southwest of the Lougheed Highway, Plan 10030, New Westminster District and assigning the Zone Designation of: CD (Comprehensive Development) to the said property. This property is located at the Northeast corner of Lougheed Highway and Westwood Street and it is expected that a comprehensive commercial , development, including the erection’ of a multi-storey office tower, will be constructed following completion of the rezoning procedures.
