RE: Distribution of Council Agenda

Pursuant to the Council's instructions given on May 7th, 1973 we wrote to the
eight persons or organizations receiving copies of the Council Agenda and a

copy of our letter together with a copy of the only reply received (from the
Mary Hill Committee and Ratepayers Association) is attached for the Council's

information.

May we please have the Council's instructions with respect further mailings of
the Agenda. The Councii will recall that at the meeting of May 7th, 1973 the
question of distributing the Council Agenda over the counter on Friday afternoon
and on Mondays prior to the Council meeting was discussed but no firm instructions
were issued and unless advised to the contrary, we will, of course, follow the
present practice of making the Agenda available to all who ask for it right from
the time of its preparation on Friday afternoon.
