The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Pore
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as fellows:
i. The Zoning ‘tap of The Corporation of the City of Pore Coquitlam, beine
Schedule “A of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, Yo. 913" is

anendead by removing the Zone Designation of RS-2 (One-Family Suburban Residential)

assigned to Lots 7, 8, 9, and 10, Block J, Districe Lot 235, Group One, Pisn 2106,

New Westminster District, and assigning the Zone Designation of RS-1 (One~Family

Residential) to the said property.
2. This By-law uay be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1965, No. 918, Amendment hy~law, 1972, No. 1186",
Read a firet time by the Municipal Council this Twelfth day of June,

1972.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this twelfth day of June,

1972,
Public Hearing held this Third day of July, 1972.
Read a third time by the Municipal Council this Seventeench day of

July, 1972,
Receivéd the approval of the Minister of Municipal Affaire thia

Twenty-second day of August, 1972.
Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by a vote in favour thereof of
at least two-thirds of all the members of the Municipal Council of The
Corporation of the City of Pore Coquitlam this Twentieth day of November, 1972.
