Mel is survived by his loving parents, Dick

race; Bonnie Euverman of Edmonton, Alberta:
Fred (& Lorraine) Euverman of Terrace: Jean
(& Tim) Obzera of -Terrace: Sharon (& Rolf)
VandeVelda of Terrace: 5 nieces and 3
Nephews; his grandmother, Mrs A. De Jong of
Smithers; and many Aunts; Uncles; and
cousins. :

trom the University of Victoria in May 1994,
with a degree in Computer Engineering (wilh

Distinction). Mel had [ust begun work at the
University of: Victoria, as a Research Assis--

lant, at the time‘ot his death.
Funeral services were held on Moriday,

August. 19,°1991,at the terrace Christian’

Relormed Church, with Pastar Peter Stuys of-
ficiating. Interment followed al the Terrace,
Municipal Cemetery. -
