The NPA majority ‘ere will continue to use the Parks board budget to provide tourist attractions for business, Tather than recreation facilities OF our own citizens. We can ex- Pect cutbacks in services and in- Creases in user fees, if we let them get away with it. COPE also lost its majority 9n the school board.
