Carried. the Director of Planning, February 14th, 1992 regarding Development Variance Permit Application 2/92 ~ 3015 Cambridge Street. Moved by Alderman Wright: Seconded by Aiderman Thompson: That the Planning Department prepare Development Variance Permit No. 2/92 subject to: Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning. Carried. From the Director of Planning, February 14th, 1992, regarding Development Variance Permit 3/92 ~ 1451 Kingsway Avenue. Moved by Alderman Wright: Seconded by Alderman Thompson: That the Planning Department draft Development Permit 3/92; and That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the document when completed subject to: 1. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; 26 Approval of Landscape Plans by the Parks and Recreation Department and ; 3. Satisfaction of Engineering requirements. The applicant being advised that a Building Code review will be done at the time of Building Permit Application.
