That Council approve the use of a portion of Lot 4, Plan LMP7676 as a temporary access
route as shown on the Plan | attached to Council Agenda, provided that the road, a wheel wash,
and an access gate is constructed as shown cn the plan, and provided that the City’s
requirements for insurance and security are met.
