That this application be app ‘ed to proceed for rez: ‘ng from A-1 (Agricultural) to RM-3 (Town .se) under Section 963 - the Municipal Act subject to; a. Completion of a desifm to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements; Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department; Satisfaction of Building Department concerns; Coneolidation of the properties into one lot; Issuance of a Development Permit; and The project being subject to the 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges. That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No. 111/923 and 3. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to the conditions ncted above. BACKGROUND: An application has been received to rezone 2448 and 2464 Pitt River Road from A-1 (Agricultural) to RM-3 (Townhouse) in order to permit the development of 27 townhouses.
