Prior to be question being called on the foregoing resolution: Moved by Councillor Gates: Seconded by Councillor Keryluk: That the recommendation from the Director of Planning dated October 15, 1992 regarding the Municipal Clerk be instructed to prepare a Bylaw to amend the C-3 (Community Commercial) and C-4 (Town Center Commercial) zones of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", as outlined in Appendix I be referred to the Planning and Development Comunittee for further consideration of Billiard Tables and arcade games in Pubs. Moved by Councillor Wright: Seconded by Councillor Thompson: That this application be approved to proceed for Rezoning from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to: a. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; b. Satisfaction of Engineering requirements; Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department, which identifies the outdoor recreation area as per Bylaw requirements; Satisfaction of Building Department concerns, Satisfaction of Fire Department concerns; Consolidation of the properties into one lot; and Issuance of a Development Permit.
