V3C 2A8 Dear Sir: RE: WILSON AVENUE We are writing to you today in our capacity as Property Managers for the Owners of Strata Plan N.W. 155 - ORCHARD VALLEY ESTATES, located in the 2400 block of Wilson and Kelly Avenues. Of specific concern to us at this time is the lack ef drainage along Wilson Avenue, where the water ponds on the roadway and then onto the boulevard area, making it extremely difficult for people to walk through the "lakes" that occur. Our request is that the City of Port Coquitlam review this area and hopefully install storm drainage along Wilson Avenue to alleviate this problem.
