Request for Lawn Basin Iustallation, Lane Behind 2244 Pin River Road
(Public Works Committee Meeting of January 21, 1992)

That Council approve the installation of a standard lawn basin in the Jee at the rear of
2244 Pitt River Road at an estimated cost of $800.

That $800 be allocated from the Public Works Special Capital Reserve Fund for this
purpose.

Background & Comments:

The Public Works/Traffic Committee considered the attached memorandum from the
Project/Traffic Technician dated January 16, 1992 regarding a request for the drainage
improvements in the lane behind 2244 Pitt River Road.

The Committee noted that this drainage problem can be resolved by the installation of a standard
lawn basin complete with a 150mm diameter lead connecting to an existing 200mm diameter
storm sewer at an estimated cost of $800.
