Moved by Alderman Gates: Seconded by Alderman Gordon: That the council authorize Fremont Holding Ltd. to reconstruct the Dominion Pump Station and associated ditch improvements to the City's requirement at an estimated cost of $700,000. And That Couneil agree in principle to waive the Drainage DCC’s that would normally apply to property owned by- Fremont Holdings Ltd. by the amount of the cost of the pump station and ditch improvements. Moved by Alderman Gates: Seconded by Alderman Gordon: That the City of Port Coquitlam award contract for the. design and supervision of the reconstruction of the Handley Crescent Pump Station and the standby power unit at ‘the Fremont Sewage Pumping Station to Dayton & Knight | Ltd. at a cost of $29.000. (including contingencies and GST). ne And That $29,000. be allocated from the Sanitary Sewer Utility Fund for this purpose. . Carried.
