Additional utilities required to service the Dominion Triangle are a
system of waterworks and sanitary sewers. The Northeast Sector Comprehensive
Development Plan (1991) established a concept for these utilities which will
be used as a general guide for any future servicing requirements within the

Northeast Sector of Port Coquitlam, including the Dominion Triangle.

Objective 73: To ensure that adequate water supply and SmMitary sewers are

The + .cerwor: and sanitary sewer concepts are relatively
straight-forward as there are existing trunk lines to which the extensions can

be connected. The Northeast Sector Comprehensive Development Plan should be

consulted for further information.

Policies:

Construction of the infrastructure for water distribution and sanitary
sewers will be carried out in a systematic manner to ensure orderly

development of the Dominion Triangle.

Developers of individual parcels will be responsible-for the |
