Encroachment~Chelsea Gate Subdivision.

seconded by Alderman Stewart:

That Council for the City of Port Coquitiam not approve the request for
encroachment onto the storm and sanitary sewer right of way on Lots 100, 101,
123 and 124 in the Chelsea Gate Subdivision.

From Parks & Recreation Director, November 2nd, 1990 regarding
Development of Reeve Street Park

Moved by Alderman Gates:
Seconded by Alderman Stewart:

That the firms of J. Reeve Consultants Ltd., Toby Russell Buckwell &
Partners and INTERCAD Services Ltd. be retained to design and complete the
working drawings for the active area of Reeve Street Park;

And further that this work be performed at the upset fee of $82,500.00
and that this fee be covered by the Tax Sale Land Reserve.
