The property is located at 1408 Chelsea Avenue and would permit the Subdivision and development of the property into single family residential lots. A letter was received from Helge J. Jacobsen, 1460 Apel Drive asking a number of questions regarding lot sizes, elementary schools, traffic studies and park or playground developments. The following people spoke regarding the proposed rezoning: Ms. M. Bullmore, 1440 Apel Drive, would like to see the area remain a country look, expressed concern for the fish and wildlife in the area and the deteriorating condition of the Poco Trail. Ms. D. Ponsart, 3903 Pimlico Place, would like to see the property rezoned to RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) and submitted a petition from local residents who feel the same. Mr. Helge Jacobsen, 1460 Apel Drive, referred to the questions submitted in his letter concerning lot sizes, elementary schools, traffic studies and park or playgroiind developments, Ms. J. Fernquist, 3936 Toronto Street, is opposed to having the property rezoned to RS~2 and is annoyed to see survey crews being on the land before rezoning approval.
