It is respectfully requested, that council consider the following:

L. Both Westview and Citadel Heights developments declare a fixed
number of townhouse units, if these units are to be allowed at ali.

>. The Westview d-velopment vcroposed townhouse units be reduced in
accordance witn the attached drawing.

In keeping with this council's wish to create "enclaves" of
residential development, Cul-De-Sacs be established eliminating
Zastern Drive and wiestern Drive as thoroughfares for these

developments.
