A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port
Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam in open
meeting assembled, enacts as fol flows:

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitiam, British Cotumbia which
is more particularly describéd as:

being the property subdivided by Strata Plan NW 290 and containing Strata Lot 1,
Strata Lot 2, and the common property; ,

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 to RT=-1 and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port
Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this

rezoning. ny

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1984. No. 2015", .
