B. The Grantor has entered into an agreement (herein called
the "Program Agreement") with the Grantee dated Jrvus.4 (to
participate in the Energy Efficient Housing Renovation and

_ Energy Information. Centre Demonstration Program; and

Cc. Itisa provision of the Program Agreement that the

Grantor execute, deliver to the Grantee and register as a

charge against the title to the Lands, a covenant in

favour of the Grantee concerning the use of the Lands:

NOW THEREFORE WITNESSETH that in consideration of the premises
herein and the sum of me ($1.00) dollar of lawful money of
Canada now paid by the Grantee to the Grantor (the receipt of
which and sufficiency whereof is hereby acknowledged) the

parties hereto covenant and agree as follows:
