contacted him with respect to the above noted subject and have advised that
you wish to address our Council in this connection.

This letter will therefore advise that we have scheduled your -
appearance before a regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation
of the City of Port Coquitlam to be held on Monday, September 13th, 1982
commencing at 7:30 P-em. Our Council meets, of course, in the Port Coquitlam
City Hall Council Chambers, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C.
