That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: That portion of the common property of Strata Plan NW 1765 of the NEX of Section 6, Township 40, New Westminster District included within the bounds of Lot 789, shown on a subdivision plan prepared by Vernon C. Goudal, B.C.L.S., and dated the Twenty-second day of February, 1982; is hereby rezoned from RT~1 to RS~l1 and the Zoning Map of "The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. 2. A copy of the subdivision plan of Vernon C. Goudal, B.C.L.S. referred to in Section 1 is attached to this bylaw and made a part hereof. 3.. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1982,.No. 1890".
