The Public Information Meeting was held on June 6th,
1979 at the Viscount Alexander Elementary School.

IN ATTENDANCE:

Pollock
Freeman

Owners of the Market and the Architect for
the project.

11 Area Residents

The Chairman opened the meeting at 7:45 p.m. and briefly
explained the purpose of the meeting. The City Planner and the
Architect for the project were then asked by the Chairman to
describe the proposed development. It was followed by a question
period which lasted for only 10 minutes. No opposition to the
proposed development was expressed. The general reaction of
the area residents attending the meeting can be described as
in support of the development.
