The second annual “orld Championship ‘heel Barrow Races
are béing held in Ladner, B. C. on July 2nd, 1978 at 1:00 p.m.

This event is part of a three-day sports festival and
the V.I.P. wheel barrow race is held just prior to the main
event, on a short course.

The committee invites your Municipality/City to send a
representative team to be entered in this race. Last years'
winner was the team from Richmond. A set of rules is enclosed
for your convenience. The rules for the V.I.P. race are modi-
fied slightly to read #1 - "Short course”, #5 ~- "change at
$ way mark”.

We would appreciate hearing from you at an early date
relative to who will represent your commmity.
