Dear Mr. Poilock:

This letter.is further to our meeting held on June 14th regarding
‘the Hyde Creek Pool Agreement. The agreement was discussed by

the Board again at its meeting held on June 22nd. At that time

the Board passed a resolution to the effect that the City of Pert
Coquitlam be asked to open the Hyde Creek Pool Agreement in order
to establish a joint committee to determine management policies,

in accordance with the arbitrator's recommendation.

At the same time this is negotiated, the Board will also request
that the City agree to revise the cost-sharing formula of operation
of the pool. , ;

It would be appreciated if we could have the City's approval to
this proposal so that negotiations can get under way and an agree-
ment finalized early in the fall.
