Attached hereto please find a copy of a sketch which
was submitted to the undersigned for tentative subdivision
approval and which sketch outlines nire proposed lots. This
property is zoned RS-1, the proposed lots meet the Subdivision
of Land By-law in every way with the exception of frontage.
The proposed developer has requested that Council grant a
frontage exemption as permitted under Section 712 (2) of the
Municipal Act.
